The Best All-Natural Allergy Remedy Syrup You Need To Know!

This effective allergy remedy syrup is something you should ALWAYS have on hand! It helps relieve allergies (hay fever, pollen, animal dander, weed allergies, dust mites, you name it!), soothes sore throats (the common cold), and dry coughs (one of the most annoying things, especially if you are trying to sleep!). 

The ingredients in this syrup are effective anti-inflammatories, which is a major process (inflammation) in the allergic response. Honey, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, and turmeric are all anti-inflammatories, anti-fungals, anti-bacterials, and pretty much anti-anything. They are natures most effective (and REAL) antibiotics!

- 1 tbsp. grated ginger
- 1 tbsp. grated turmeric root (or 1/2 tbsp. turmeric powder - fresher is always better though)
- 2 tbsp. raw honey (best if locally sourced)
- 1 crushed garlic clove
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Optional: 1 tsp. bee pollen (best if locally sourced)

Mix the above ingredients and let it sit and blend for about an hour. Consume the above mix three times a day, especially if you are feeling something coming on.
